Growing up in my family’s restaurant I learned the old adage, the customer is always right. Why? Because the success of any business relies on one thing, the customer's experience.

As I embarked on my UX journey I began to learn the industry from an outsider's perspective. Bringing the understanding of empathy and user experience I gained the experience to bring the users needs to the forefront of my design.
